By-laws & Guidelines
The governance of the European Development Research Network is defined by its by-laws and operational guidelines, which were adopted at the founding meeting of the network and have been subsequently revised.
By-laws
The by-laws define the legal structure of the network, the rights and obligations of its members, and the procedures for elections and decision-making.
Guidelines
The operational guidelines provide more detailed rules for the day-to-day running of the network, including the organization of events and the management of publications.
